An Apron Fit for a Princess

I have a lovely little princess in my life who has a birthday coming up.  I wanted to make her a special present and decided to sew her a princess inspired apron. She could use it for cooking or just for some fun dress up.  After talking to her mom I decided to go for a Tangled theme.   As I was making it I thought, why not make this one reversible too. When you are making a reversible apron both sides need to work with color of the waist and neck ties.  I had chosen pink ribbon instead of the normal cotton material I usually use because its a little more child and princess like and it went well with the Rapunzel dress.  Sleeping Beauty came to mind.  Her pink dress would match the ribbon I was using perfectly.  “Make it pink!” as Flora would say!

There are so many possibilities for princess aprons – especially reversible.  For Snowwhite you could use a red ribbon and then do a Little Mermaid theme on the other side.  The red would match with her red hair.  A blue Cinderella dress would match up with an Elsa(Frozen) theme.  Yellow ties on a cute Anna (Frozen)  apron would work with Minnie the Mouse on the other side.  Perhaps I should make some for the apron shop?  What do you think?
