Cheesy Chicken Wild Rice Soup

Well you can officially start planning those “Soup”erbowl parties.  Here’s one last recipe to add to your soup arsenal.  This recipe can be as easy as you want it to be.  I like to use it as one of my go to quick and easy ones so a lot of times I will just pick up a couple of those 90 second Uncle Ben’s packs of rice and if I don’t have any leftover chicken on hand I use a couple of the cans of chicken.  I realize Martha  Stewart probably wouldn’t approve of such shortcuts but I don’t care 🙂  I’m such a rebel.  Oh, who am I kidding I’ve never had an ankle bracelet – she’s way more of a rebel than me 😉

Cheesy Chicken Wild Rice Soup

  • 3 Cans Cream of Potato Soup
  • 4 Cans Milk
  • 1/2 lb. Cooked Wild Rice
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 lb. Velveeta, cubed

Sautee your onion in a little olive oil then add the rest of the ingredients.  Heat until cheese melts.  Eat. Enjoy!
